Two good sized potatoes
Oil (Deep Fry)
Salt
Instructions:
Wash Potatoes
Peel thin slices using a peeler (leave skin on for a crispy edge)
Wash thin potato slices
Dry off water using a towel
Deep fry in hot oil until crisp and lightly golden (oil should not be overheated, around 350°F/175°C)
Season with salt.
