2 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of sugar (half white, half brown)
2 cups of butter
1 tablespoon of salt
3/4 of baking powder
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
4 to 5 apples, peeled, cut into very small pieces
walnuts/almonds (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients besides the apples.
Spray a tray with oil.
Put apples layer on bottom.
Put flour mix on top of the apples.
Cover tray with foil paper.
Bake at 450 Fahrenheit ~ 25-30 mins.
Let it cool for about 10-15 mins.
