1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons dahi (yogurt)
2 teaspoons vanilla (powder, extract, or pods)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups oats
(optional) 1/2 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease and flour a big (9x13 inches or bigger) thaal
In large bowl or mixer, mix the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.
Mix in the dahi slowly.
Mix more.
Stir in vanilla, salt, baking soda and powder, flour and oats.
Mix well and pour in thaal, then put in oven.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let them cool for about 5 minutes.
Cut them into square bars
